• Sharing access credentials with unauthorized users
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of our software
• Reselling or redistributing BizPredict's services without authorization
• Using our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempting to interfere with service delivery to any user
• Uploading malicious code or attempting to breach our security
• Scraping or harvesting data from our platform
• Using our platform for competitive analysis or benchmarking

Service Level Agreement

Our service level agreements (SLAs) are provided separately as part of your subscription package. While we strive for maximum uptime, we provide no warranties beyond those explicitly stated in your SLA.

Data Privacy & Security

BizPredict maintains strict data privacy and security protocols. Our handling of your business data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction specified in your subscription agreement.

Subscription & Licensing

Access to BizPredict's services is provided through a subscription-based model. The specific terms of your license are detailed in your subscription agreement.

Authorized use includes:

• Access for authorized employees within your organization
• Integration with your existing business systems as permitted
• Use of our analytics and predictive tools for your business purposes

Any use of BizPredict's brand assets requires explicit written permission.
